Just like the years before a spidercam® was present at the spectacular Champions League Final. This year's encounter between FC Bayern München and FC Internazionale Milano ended with a triumph for the Italian Team. Thanks to the spidercam® fans at home were able to enjoy views of the action, that even the stadium crowd couldn't see!

Back in Europe: After the various times a spidercam® was used for Tennis Events in Doha we are proud to see one of our systems employed for the ATP in Madrid. Just as in Doha, the spidercam® showed spectacular shots and moves, and impressed viewers around the globe.

Two firsts: A spidercam® went to India for the first time, and covered a new sports event: Cricket. The final games of the "Indian Premier League" profitted greatly from the views provided by our flying camerasystem. The Chennai Super Kings triumphed over the Mumbai Indians, but the spidercam® was a winner too!

This season's first spidercam® appearance in the French Ligue 1 happened in the Vélodrome at Marseille, where the home team met Bordeaux for a thrilling encounter. Although the match saw no goals, the spidercam® was able to deliver outstanding pictures of the event, thus bringing the "live" feeling to viewers at home.

One of the last days in august proved to be the ideal date for the famous "Derby della Madonnina", the derby between AC Milan and FC Internazionale Milano. The first multifunctional spidercam® has just been installed in Charkiw, Ukraine. This specially adapted system has been taken in account when planning the stadium's reconstruction, and is now an integrated component of the Oblasny SportComplex, the home stadium of the successful FC Metalist. The spidercam® has already accompanied a first soccer game, now we are looking forward to upcoming events!
